We supply free delivery for any orders over £40 anywhere in England. Any orders under £40 will be subject to a £5 charge and any orders to Scotland, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands will be charged according to size and weight of rug.
Rugs that we have in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days, rugs that we have to order in will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks.
Everything we sell is on a money back guarantee basis, for whatever reason whether the rug is the wrong colour, size or just looks awful, we will supply a full refund, providing it is returned in a original condition.
The cost of returning of the rug will to be down to the purchaser, and these costs will not be refundable.
Please note and accept that our rugs are handmade and that there may be slight variations in colour and size. Since the rugs have been photographed and scanned, the colours and textures displayed, may appear marginally different from the actual pieces.
